Mobile Plugin is an open-source community project initiated by Timo Magi and Helsinki's Metropolia University with support from Forum Nokia.
Because Joomla! has become such a popular CMS in the last years, we felt it would be helpful to create an extension to make Joomla sites look and work better on mobile devices. Installing the Mobile Plugin improves the browsing experience on any mobile device, but it also gives you configuration options to customize the plug-in for optimal performance on particular devices.
